What's in a name???

Dh did a name search...thought I'd share...under each name dh left his thoughts on the name...the last line is his too. :P

Interesting name research

Barak: means “Lightning spark”

which lightning usually is associated with a storm and Darkness….

Hussein: means “Handsome one”

His looks were the faction that bought him the presidency…..

Obama: means “Slightly bent”

His platform of change that was and still is being spoken is just a mence of words that talk about nothing or Speaking in circles without answering the question……

If you don’t think we are in trouble, just look at the name. and if you still feel like he is the answer, then you need more help than you know…..

Barak (minus the "c") was a general under the judge, Deborah, in the Old Testament.

And he was listed in the "hall of faith" in Hebrews 11.

In the Bible names meant something - they signified the character of the person.

Nowadays - I don't think names are chosen with such care. I have a friend who named her child Barak -before Obama was even on the scene. He was named after a older relative.

I mean really - Cher named her child "Chasity" - you think she lived that out! LOL

Time will tell what kind of President Obama will be. I didn't vote for him... but God allowed him the position. So we will be watchful and ....

looking up!! Exciting times - the end is near :) hopefully?
